This year we’ll stay at the leading edge of Jewish Education with flexible in-person programming. We continue to offer our interactive and vibrant Hebrew program, prayer experiences, Jewish heritage and exciting electives. We plan to begin the school year in person at Kol Dorot in accordance with state guidelines. Schedule outlined below.
We are prepared to adapt to changing state regulations and the health and safety needs of our community.
Sunday mornings, 9:30 - 11:30 am
Classes will be held, with adequate precautions. Engaging, fun activities which introduce the Jewish year, Bible stories, prayer experiences, and the Alef Bet.
1) Sunday mornings, 9:30 - 11:30 am
On Sunday mornings, we will be focusing on prayer proficiency - Hebrew skills, chanting, and the meaning of our prayers.
2) Two Options: Tuesdays or Peirot
Tuesdays, 4 - 6 pm: In-person classes and electives.
Peirot - Independent monthly projects and check-ins, family learning and participation in community.
VIRTUAL LEARNING: If In-Person Classes Aren't Possible
Sunday mornings, 9:30 - 10:30 am
Online classes, song and assembly. Home project kits with support materials that will enhance class and family learning opportunities will be provided for each family.
Tuesdays 4:30 - 5 pm
Sunday mornings, 9:30-11:00 am
Small, online Hebrew classes by grade level and learning style, with one on one practice as needed.
Tuesdays 4:00 - 6 pm
