This Shabbat we mark a milestone. It has been five months since we last gathered in person to welcome Shabbat. This Friday—with lots of planning and safety precautions in place—we will have the opportunity to meet for our first In-Person Outdoor Shabbat Service. (See details below.)
The service will be available virtually for anyone who is not comfortable or not able to join us in person. We hope to follow this same outdoor service plan for all four Fridays in August, so consider joining us in the weeks to come.
To minimize contact, there will be no prayer books. Instead, the prayers for tonight's service can be found here:
If you're with us in person, we encourage you to pull up the prayer sheet on your phone. (No need to print!) You may also want to download the prayer sheet if you are joining us via the live stream (6:00pm at Kol Dorot Facebook).
I look forward to seeing (really seeing!) some of you tomorrow evening, and I wish all of you and your families a healthy and peaceful Shabbat.
Shabbat Shalom,
Rabbi Noah
